As completion of your project nears, you will be contacted to provide delivery instructions if you have not already provided them. We require that all shipping and delivery information be provided in written format (email and faxes are fine). Please no “same as last time” instructions! All locations must have a complete physical street address and zip code. Guaranteed delivery requirements as well as additional insurance requirements must be listed on your written shipping/delivery instructions.
Commercial jobs, unless otherwise specified, are priced with a standard 4-hour single destination delivery within the San Antonio area. Additional deliveries, different destination areas, or expedited delivery requirements will result in additional costs. As well, additional charges may be accessed if there is a delay at the destination.
Unless credit terms have been authorized in advance of entering your job into production, all charges must be paid in full, including anticipated shipping charges, prior to shipments, deliveries, or pickups being made. Click here for a credit application.
For jobs requiring shipment out of the area, our shipper of preference is UPS. For larger shipments, we will inquire with common carrier freight services for pricing. If you require guaranteed delivery, please specify this on your shipping/delivery instructions. The least expensive guaranteed method is generally 3-day service. Do not count the day of shipment, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We will be happy to fax or email you tracking numbers upon request.
UPS shipments are double boxed for added box strength. For an additional charge shipments may be bulk shrink wrapped upon your request. Boxes ARE NOT additionally insured. If you require additional insurance, you must request it on your shipping/delivery instructions.
Brenner Printing and Mailing is not liable for delays experienced by a reputable third party shipper. Delivery to a reputable third party shipper constitutes our delivery of the product.
In the unfortunate event damages occur during shipment, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note any damages when signing for your packages, keep all packaging materials and notify us immediatley.
