We request that you submit a hardcopy mockup of your project along with your job materials, especially when it's provided in the preferred digital format.  Hardcopies are extremely helpful during the production process up to the time you approve and return your digital proof.

What must you submit to get started?
  • In addition to your physical materials (and hardcopy mockup), we need your print specifications, including quantity, stock, binding, and size. A standardized Print Specifications Sheet is ideal.
  • First time customers, please make sure to include all your contact information.
  • Always note if your proof should be sent to a different address than your billing address.
  • Unless credit terms have been approved, standard terms are one-half of expected costs to be paid at the time of submitting your job, with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipment.
With those items in place, your job is entered into production.

You may submit shipping information at this time as well, however it is not required to begin production. You will be asked to supply shipping information as your completion date approaches.
